Terrible product

So GLAD I watch this video. It's not even the bad review, it's them trying to bribe you to take down a non favorable review. If you're review helped them to " improve" their product they should NOT have an issue with it being up. For that reason, I will NOT be purchasing from this company. Very shady behavior.

The whole company looks very sketchy to me, no country, cannot google much and super sketchy sales on the website. Unfortunately I found your video already after receiving these products for free, will see how it goes, I don’t like the products

I am on my third box of Luxe Lash Life. Very easy to use (UA-cam tutorial helps). I love my lashes and they last 2 months. Saves me so much money from having them done professionally. Next I'm going to try the tint.

Definitely not a small business to me. Small businesses usually don't pay for tons of influencers to "review" their products nor do they pay for advertising everywhere... Imo

As an aesthetician, I just don’t see how this is a good idea at home. You’re perming your lashes. I hope you pay attention to the timer, so you don’t fry your eyelashes. Not to mention when you do a brow tint with someone with light hair blonde, you really really want to customize that color. Blend . The Brown (lt brown, med brown, dark brown) may be too dark. Close your eyes and apply it to your eyelashes? Really that’s challenging. You did give it your best shot!

I'm not surprised Luxe company asked you to take down this video coz yes you are hurting their company. I mean what a mess you did in this video, you are confused on what to do because you did not read the instructions carefully before you even start. your phone is falling from where you put it. I feel sorry for Luxe company. I'm just saying.

I subscribe to your channel because of your honesty. I've been thinking about getting the luxe lash lift, however I do not trust the influencers that are on line or tiktok. so based on your struggles lol I decided not to give my money to luxe. it seems super complicated. Thanks

I have so much lashes they don’t even stick to the silicone and no matter how much glue I apply they don’t stick I’m so upset. Not to mention thin the glue dries so quickly and just just comes off when I brush my lashes to stick to the silicone 😭

Unless they reformulated it, the first ingredient in this product is tetrafluoropropene, which doesn't show up on the ingredient list on their website. This is a forever chemical that causes cancer. Not really modern nature, is it....

My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time BUT I ordered it before I read bad experiences and saw reviews. I used it on my colleague and was impressed. The results are amazing. It was easy and really good to work with. I placed the order and found the bad reviews 2 days later. I suffer from hair loss and have kind of bald spots on my forehead. I ordered also the hair growth serum which is not working according to the other customers. I have the parcel sitting with me for more than a week now, unopened and reluctant to use it

I think giving your honest review is incredibly important. I thought you came up with a super reasonable resolution.

I am a mom with zero lash experience, I mean ZERO, never even glued them on. I remember your review the first time I had gotten mine, and I'm pretty sure stopped watching because you didn't seem like you cared to even truly try. I didn't think the directions were too difficult to figure out at all and It ended up working well for me. In my opinion, it definitely felt like you went into the process half assed, super negative from the jump (I'm sure your phone issues played into your negativity and your negative experience) and then you left them with a terrible review. I think you did give a "false" review and I would personally be upset if it was my product.

Just did mine and it looks fab. My husband is loving it. It's just a painful process got to be patient. 😊

While I appreciate your honesty, I don't think you gave the product a fair shot trying to do it live for the first time. You put undue pressure on yourself to get it done on camera. Might have been better to study the instructions for a bit before you dove in, like lay it out in your mind, have the products lined up and ready to go. I understand this is your channel, job or whatever influencing is, but I feel a little sorry for the company being an object of your inexperience. Sorry, just keeping it real. I just ordered the kit and have zero expectation of getting it 100% the first time. I'm kind of a perfectionist, so I know I'll prep like it's a test. Anyway, good luck to you.

I have used them and it worked on my lashes. Was very happy with it. It’s not the easiest to put on but it did work. I’m 66 and it made a big difference. Thank you Luxe

I love me some honesty. I do see that this worked for other people or they SAY it worked for them, but I feel like I would be exactly like you in trying to do this if I got it. It always looks so easy in the ad and I was ALMOST sucked in but decided to try and look up reviews first. Thank goodness I found your review. Thanks for taking the time to make it!
